This page explains what happens to personal data when you use this website or write to us. It is written to the standard of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What this site collects
Almost nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, embeds nothing from other companies, and sends no data anywhere on its own. There is no account, no login and no server that receives anything you type. The page keeps a short list of what you clicked in your own browser so the interface can respond; it is never sent anywhere and it disappears when you close the tab.
Build your OS
The site asks six questions about how your business runs. Your answers stay in your browser. When you finish, your own email application opens with those answers written into a message addressed to us, which you can edit or discard. Nothing reaches us until you press Send.
When you write to us
We then hold what you chose to send: your name, your email address, your company, and whatever you put in the message.
Why we may hold it. To answer you, and to take steps at your request before any contract — the lawful bases in Article 4 of the Law. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long. For as long as the enquiry is live, and then for up to twelve months in case you come back to it. After that we delete it. Ask us sooner and we delete it sooner.
Who else sees it. Nobody outside Yalla2x L.L.C-FZ, except our email provider, which carries and stores the message for us and may process it on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we run no advertising.
Your rights
Under the Law you may ask us to: tell you what we hold and why; correct it; delete it; restrict or stop a particular use; give you a copy in a portable form; withdraw a consent you gave; or object to processing. Write to customercare@yalla2x.ae and we will answer within thirty days. Exercising a right costs you nothing. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
The site is a static page served over HTTPS with a content security policy, and it contains no database. Enquiries live in our email system, which is access-controlled and limited to the people who need to answer you.
Hosting
The site is served through a content-delivery network, which may log the request — IP address, user agent and time — for security and to keep the service running, under its own policy. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to identify visitors.
Where your data goes
Core reasoning for customer deployments runs on hardware we own in the United Arab Emirates. This website is separate: it is delivered by a content delivery network with servers in many countries, so the request that loads this page — and the log entry it creates — may be handled outside the UAE. Email you send us is carried and stored by our email provider, which may also process it outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred out of the country we rely on the transfer conditions in Article 22 and 23 of the Law, and we keep those transfers to what is needed to serve the page and answer you.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed at children.
