Yalla2x is a sovereign AI software foundry in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. From one self-improving reasoning core it rebuilds a business as an intelligent operating system — custom software that runs the whole operation — on hardware Yalla2x owns inside the UAE. It operates as Yalla2x L.L.C-FZ in the Meydan Free Zone, founded 2025.
What does Yalla2x do?
Yalla2x designs and builds complete operating systems for industries and individual businesses from a single reasoning core. It unifies the tools a company already uses into one system that does the work, runs its own AI models on hardware it owns, and cryptographically seals every decision so its provenance can be independently checked.

Who founded Yalla2x?
Yalla2x was founded in 2025 by Syed Ubaiduddin, Founder & CEO, who spent fifteen years running large buildings in the UAE, and Reyas Deen, Founder & CTO, who leads the reasoning core and the foundry. The company is bootstrapped to date.
How is Yalla2x different from other AI companies?
Yalla2x builds and runs its own AI models on hardware it owns in the UAE instead of reselling a foreign API, and it seals every decision on a tamper-evident ledger so provenance is verifiable. Its rule: where it has won it can prove it; where it has not, it says so.
Is the benchmark result public?
No leaderboard entry. ARC-AGI-3 is a public, interactive reasoning benchmark made of twenty-five game-like environments; our Level 8 result on three of them was produced on our own hardware and is self-reported. 164 of our runs met the Tier-1 validity standard we set and are cryptographically sealed and replayable. Eight environments stand at Level 5 or above and the rest at early levels. Sealed run bundles can be examined by qualified partners under a non-disclosure agreement.
Who has verified these numbers?
We have. Every figure on this page is Yalla2x's own measurement, sealed on our hardware, as of August 2026. No third party has audited them yet. Where we can prove something we say so; where we cannot, we say that too.
What does a seal actually prove?
Provenance and integrity: which brain produced a decision, from what inputs, when, and that the record has not been altered since. It does not prove the decision was correct. Correctness is answered separately — by tests, by the frozen exam, and, for mathematics, by a formal proof kernel. Not reviewed. Not voted on. Machine-checked or rejected.
Is self-improvement really proven?
It is measured. A challenger brain is promoted only after beating the incumbent on a frozen, sealed exam it cannot edit; the gain on that exam is recorded in a sealed bundle that qualified partners can examine under a non-disclosure agreement. That is an internal measurement — not a mathematical theorem, and not yet independently audited.
How many industry operating systems are complete?
The systems shown earlier on this page are what we build for a customer from our one reasoning core; an industry operating system is the complete platform for a whole sector. One is complete today: our own real-estate platform, across 93 feature areas. Healthcare, insurance, tax, hospitality, music, public health and marketing are being built to that same bar. The same core is being extended toward 500+ industries. We do not count a product as complete until it meets it.
Are you reselling someone else's AI?
No. The brain that runs your operating system is ours — own models on own hardware, offline-capable, with no rented inference provider in core reasoning. Where the surrounding application needs cloud infrastructure, it is your cloud or a private one, and we name it in writing before anything is deployed. We are not a wrapper over a foreign API.
Does any data leave the UAE?
Core reasoning runs on hardware we own in the United Arab Emirates, offline-capable. Visiting this website is a separate matter: the page is delivered by a content delivery network that logs the request under its own policy and may do so outside the UAE — our privacy notice sets that out. Where an optional convenience feature would call an external model, it is switched off by default and we name it in writing before anything is deployed. In regulated work — health, government, finance — we deploy with those features off.
Are you certified — SOC 2, ISO 27001?
Not today. We hold neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001, and we will not imply otherwise. Ask and you get a precise answer: what is in progress, what our sealed, replayable decision records give you in the meantime, and what we will commit to contractually. We would rather you hear it from us than find it in diligence.
