This policy explains what information Yalla2x collects when you use www.yalla2x.ae, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain. If anything is unclear, write to us at customercare@yalla2x.ae.
Who we are
Yalla2x L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence 2647266.01). We are the controller of the information described below.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form, request a demo, subscribe, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, company, industry, your message, and any booking details.
- Basic usage information. We run our own first-party analytics on our own servers: the pages you view, the page that referred you, your approximate country (from your IP address), and your browser and device type. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking services, and our analytics do not set cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or demo you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To keep records required for our business and legal obligations.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email delivery and hosting providers, and only so they can perform that service for us under a duty of confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law.
Where it is processed
We may process your information inside and outside the United Arab Emirates. Where it is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and record-keeping purposes, then we delete it. Usage analytics are kept for up to 90 days.
How we protect it
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email customercare@yalla2x.ae and we will respond.
Cookies
We use only the essential storage needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our own analytics are cookieless.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
