The challenge
Property advice is only as good as the data behind it. Listings and valuations vary wildly in quality, and clients had no way to see why a recommendation could be trusted.
What we built
We deployed the full PropertyMarket.ae operating system on two Yalla2x Nodes (NVIDIA GB10) that the team owns outright: listings scanned and scored every day, every claim checked before it reaches a client, and a verifiable record behind each valuation. Even against the large international platforms the team compared, Yalla2x came in at far better value, and the whole system was live in under 30 days.
The outcome
Advice now starts from data the team trusts and owns, and they can show a client the proof behind a number rather than ask them to take it on faith.
